For eligible physical addresses in the 48 contiguous United States, DMW offers $9.95 flat-rate shipping for an order. USPS, UPS, or FedEx may be used depending on the order and destination.
Orders are generally processed quickly, and DMW currently states that 99% of orders are shipped within the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on the shipping method, destination, carrier, weekends, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Defective Models
We understand that condition is especially important when purchasing collectible diecast models. Original manufacturer packaging, clear display windows, paint, trim, wheels, parts, and other details can all matter to collectors.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the product, manufacturer packaging, shipping carton, and packing materials until we have had an opportunity to review the issue. Photos may be requested to help us determine the appropriate resolution.

Because manufacturer specifications, packaging, production details, and availability can change, product information and images should be considered subject to change.

Diecast Model Scales
Not sure what a scale such as 1:18, 1:24, 1:32, 1:43, or 1:64 means?
The scale indicates the approximate size of the model compared with the real vehicle. For example, a 1:18 scale model represents the vehicle at approximately one-eighteenth of its actual size.

Local customers can pick up eligible orders from our Montebello, California location Tuesday through Friday 9am-2pm.
To arrange a pickup:
- Place your order through DiecastModelsWholesale.com.
- Select Order Pickup as the payment method at checkout.
- To ensure a quick and seamless pickup experience, please call us at 888-242-4227 prior to your arrival so we can have your order fully prepared and ready for you.
- Bring your order number or a printout of your order.
Pickup orders are currently cash only, and coupon codes cannot be applied to pickup orders.

International Orders
